Junior Youth

Christian Education classes are offered each Sunday for both our Junior Youth (grades 6-8) and high school youth (MYF).

Our Junior Youth have youth sponsors who plan activities once a month that include hiking, swimming, putt-putt golf, skating, bowling, camping, movie viewing, games and service projects. In recent years our junior youth walk in the annual Columbus CROP Walk.

In the past some of our junior youth have participated with a parent in an intergenerational service trip to Montana de Luz in Honduras.

We have a mentoring program that pairs our youth with an adult in the congregation when he or she enters sixth grade.
