Inquirers' Class
The Inquirers' Class is offered once or twice a
year, usually during our Christian Education hour. It is open to all
participants at Columbus Mennonite Church (CMC) with a special welcome
to newer attendees. This class looks at the core beliefs of the Mennonite
Church, as well as the ministries, beliefs and community life of CMC. This
is not a membership class; however, CMC does ask people interested in
baptism or formally joining CMC to participate in this class experience.
We welcome new attendees who wish to know more about Mennonites and
CMC, as well as those who have attended here for multiple years and simply
wish to refresh their knowledge of Mennonite beliefs and meet newer
attendees.
This has been a great setting in which to create new friendships in the
church. All faith questions are welcomed. Our pastor,
Steve Goering,
teaches this class. Please feel free to contact Steve to express your
interest in this class or to ask any questions you might have about
the class.
Below are some resources which are discussed or used
